Chef and restaurateur Angie Mar is bringing back the spirit of the iconic The Beatrice Inn with her newest concept, Restaurant Le B., opening in Manhattan’s West Village.

After two years operating Les Trois Chevaux, Mar has decided to transform the intimate space into a more downtown-inspired dining destination that reflects the energy and atmosphere that made Beatrice Inn legendary. While Les Trois Chevaux is expected to reopen uptown in the future, Restaurant Le B. will remain rooted in the West Village neighborhood.

The menu at Restaurant Le B. will highlight Mar’s signature approach to meat, game, and seafood, blending Continental American influences with refined French technique. The redesigned interior will feature deep blue walls and a statement chandelier salvaged from Brooklyn’s historic Grand Prospect Hall.

Restaurant Le B. officially opens on September 20 at 283 West 12th Street.
