Located just off the kitchen, the Chef’s Table is Le B at its most intimate — a semi-private setting for two to eight guests, surrounded by the works of art that define our dining room.
Each visit unfolds through a bespoke tasting menu, composed by our kitchen exclusively for your party, with a single seating offered each evening. It is less a table than a vantage point: close enough to feel the rhythm of service, private enough to belong entirely to your table.
